For us a satisfied customer is not necessarily a customer that we have not heard from for a while — we want to know that our customers are consistently satisfied with Tansa and that they are getting the results they need and expect. Recently we have begun a new project reviewing individual customer log files to get an in-depth analysis of the results they are getting from Tansa and how each user is handling these results. We are then able to write a short report that we can discuss in detail with each customer.
We have offered this to a number of our customers here in Norway who have all been enthusiastic to meet us and we are now in the process of doing the same for our English language users. It is evident that reviews and backup training are crucial to getting the best results from Tansa software. For some customers it is simply that new staff members have joined the company and not benefited from proper training and so, although they run Tansa on their text, they might not know exactly how to handle the suggestions given. Using the report we can suggest further language and/or technical training and if relevant then we can offer upgrades and plug-ins that will increase the overall performance of Tansa.
